Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using boostmysocial.io (the "Site") or placing an order for any service listed on the Site (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or place an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Description of Services
BoostMySocial sells engagement services for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, including followers, subscribers, likes, views and comments, delivered by real, active accounts on the respective platforms. Package sizes, pricing and delivery estimates for each service are listed on that service's page at the time of order.
4. Placing an Order
To complete an order, you provide a public username, profile link, post link, video link or channel link, depending on the service. We never ask for your account password, and you should never provide it to us or to anyone claiming to work with us. You are responsible for making sure the information you submit is accurate, since incorrect details can prevent delivery.
5. Delivery Guarantee
Every order is guaranteed to begin within 12 hours of purchase and to complete within 3 days. Most orders begin much sooner than that, and larger packages are paced gradually across the delivery window so that growth looks natural rather than arriving all at once.
6. Refill Guarantee
Every service includes a refill guarantee of at least 30 days from the date of delivery. If any followers, subscribers, likes, views or comments delivered under your order drop during that period, we will restore them at no additional cost. You may opt out of automatic refills at any time by contacting support@boostmysocial.io.
7. Refunds
If an order does not complete within the 3 day delivery guarantee described in Section 5, you may request a full refund by contacting support@boostmysocial.io within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds are not available for orders that completed successfully within the guarantee window; drops that occur after successful delivery are addressed through the refill guarantee in Section 6, not through a refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
8. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is accepted by major credit and debit cards and by cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be added over time. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full order amount.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Services in connection with any account or content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, promotes hate speech, harassment or violence, or otherwise violates the terms of service of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order that we determine, at our discretion, falls into these categories.
10. Platform Risk Disclaimer
Instagram, TikTok and YouTube each set and enforce their own rules, and those rules can change at any time without notice from us. While every order is delivered using real, active accounts specifically to minimize risk, we cannot guarantee how any platform will treat your account, and we are not responsible for actions a platform takes against your account, including suspension, content removal, or removal of delivered engagement outside the scope of the refill guarantee in Section 6.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by BoostMySocial or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoostMySocial is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the Services, including loss of followers, engagement, revenue or account access, beyond the remedies expressly described in these Terms.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BoostMySocial harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
